PV 42D is autocatalytic, containing no solvents, hardeners, or diluents. PolyVers PV 320 is a superior metal coating material designed specifically for industrial applications receiving constant or intermittent attack from contained materials, most corrosive substrates, and abrasive action. PV 320 may be used to coat any suitably prepared substrate. PV 320 is flexible, accomodating movement of the substrate, yet strong enough to remain intact under all conditions except major structural dislocations.. With or without reinforcements, PV 320 may be used in transitional areas with confidence. PV 320 may be used in interior or exterior applications. PolyVers PV 350 is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two component polyurea elastomer spray coating material. PolyVers PV 350 is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce coatings, liners, wearing courses, and resilient surfaces on concrete and other substrates. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -70C (-200F) without special conditioning of the component resins and isocyanates. PV 350 produces an extremely tough film at all thicknesses. Single or multiple pass applications produce films from 10 mils to 1000 mils. PolyVers PV 350 may be applied in all positions and to any suitably prepared substrate. PV 350 is inert, it will not hydrolyze, leach, or contaminate other materials, and is bondable and paintable. PV 350 is relatively mositure and temperature insensitive, allowing application in the most problematic ambient conditions.

PolyVers PV 425 is a pre-pigmented or clear pure aspartic polyurea. Although formulated for airless spray applications, it may be roller, brush or squeegee applied, where the performance of a color stable polyurea is required. PV 425 polyurea provides a 12 to 18 minute working time and a 1.5 - 2 hour tack free. Return to light service can be available in 4 - 5 hours, depending on ambient temperature. This product is excellent as a color fast top coat over PolyVers aromatic polyureas. PV 425 is a rigid formulation, with elongation of 10 - 15%.
